Contact the Editorial Desk
How to contact CollectiveClaim.us: corrections, source submissions, factual disputes and press enquiries, plus a clear statement of what this publication cannot help with.

On this page
Email the editorial desk at editorial@collectiveclaim.us, or use the form at the bottom of this page. Messages are read by the people who write and check the articles, not by an agency and not by a chatbot.
What we can help with
- Corrections and factual disputes. Tell us the article, the specific statement, and the document that contradicts it. The corrections policy explains what happens next.
- Source submissions. If you have a court filing, agency document, settlement notice or statute we should be working from, send the link or the PDF.
- Press and research enquiries. We will say what we can and cannot substantiate.
What we cannot help with
- Legal advice. We are a publication, not a law firm, and we cannot tell you whether you have a claim, what it is worth, or what to file.
- Advice about your own case. We can pass an inquiry to a law firm, but we cannot tell you whether you have a claim, what it is worth or what to file, and nothing we send you is legal advice.
- Deadlines on your behalf. If you have received a court-approved settlement notice, the deadline in that notice is set by the court. Only the court-appointed administrator can tell you whether a claim was received. The sources and verification guide explains how to identify the genuine administrator.
If you cannot reach us
For anything time-critical about a legal deadline, contact a lawyer or the court directly, not a website that forwards inquiries.
What happens after you send an inquiry
- Your message reaches the inquiry desk at jaishevkar@anikaayintegration.com. Corrections, sources and press enquiries go to the editorial desk at editorial@collectiveclaim.us instead.
- If it describes a potential mass tort, product, drug or device claim, we may pass the details you gave us to one or more law firms that handle that category of case. We may be paid when a firm receives your inquiry.
- A firm that receives it may contact you using the details you provided, by email, telephone or text message, if you agreed to that on the form.
- If your message is a correction, a source or a press enquiry, it goes to the editorial desk and no firm sees it.
We do not guarantee that any firm will contact you, or that any firm will take your matter. If you need to find representation and do not have a lawyer, state and local bar associations operate referral services, and legal-aid organisations handle matters for people who qualify for them. Court websites publish self-help pages for common filings.
CollectiveClaim.us publishes general legal information. This article is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Court records and agency actions change; verify current status with the court or agency before relying on it.
